I had to payback $17,000 in 2018 for salary that was paid to me in 2017. How do I Claim this on my 2018. I believe it is called a right of claim.

Under the Deductions & Credits tab scroll all the way to the bottom and elect to start/update Other Deductible Expenses.
Generation skipping taxes - click NO.
Less common expenses - click NO.
Other Deductions - click YES.
