I have filed my state taxes in two different state my Colorado has been accepted for federal and state but my Wisconsin state says started

I had the same problem. Log back in. Scroll down to add state. It will reroute you to main page. Click on your left where it says State and it will continue to let you file State.

I had the same problem in Illinois.  Illinois did not have all the forms completed for the 2017 tax season.  I had to go back into TurboTax and go to where it says add a state.  Click on that and it will take you back to your Wisconsin State Taxes.  It will allow you to complete.  You don't have to do anything but hit continue until you get to the end.  It has stored all of your information.  It is quite simple.
