This is not a helpfu answer. I have the same problem with the gain on my collectibles. I complete the entry in the 1099-B screen, but the sale is not showing up on line 18 of Schedule D and Turbotax is using the Qualified Dividents and CG Tax Worksheet instead of the Schedule D Tax Worksheet. How do I correct for this?
Thank you for sharing this information. Our team is working to resolve a situation where the Code C might be missing on the 1099-B, so that it does not flag as gains from a collectible and generate the 28% Gain Worksheet. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
