I e-filed my CA State return through TurboTax last year, including 568 for my LLC. CA says that they never received or processed my business return. What now?

I was on the phone with CA FTB today and they informed me that my Form 568 business return for my LLC was never received or processed for 2021. I filed my State return through TurboTax last year, including both my personal and business. Both were transmitted together through e-filing. The rep from CA FTB said essentially that there are issues with TurboTax and that business returns filed with personal would not be recognized or processed.

What are my next steps?
