I am a Maryland Resident why am I being recommended a Residency Status?

Why would I need to complete Full-Year Resident Form 502

1. The program must be sure of your residency to file the correct form.

2. If you are a full year resident, you should file the form for a full year resident. If you moved into MD, you would select part year instead.
