How to I make my NY tax refund

I don't see a prompt where I can change my NY tax refund to apply to my 2021 taxes.  When I try changing the return form I get an error message when checking for errors.

You need to review your New York return and you will see a screen that says You Just Finished your New York Return and it will list several sections you can review, and you need to choose the section that says Other Forms and Voluntary Contributions as follows, to which you update the Other Forms section:

You will come to the Additional Tax Situations screen, on which you will choose Prepare Estimates or Apply Your Refund to 2021:

That didn't seem to work for me, BUT I went to the 201 form and went to the line indicating the amount I wanted to put towards the 2021 taxes.  That line took me to the 2105 form where I found a box that was checked off incorrectly intricating estimated tax payments.  When I removed that check off everything worked OK.
