I am a resident of Michigan, work in Flint (i.e. my employer is a Flint business). I do not reside in Flint. Therefore, I need to file Flint taxes as a non-resident. TT marks me as a resident. I cannot find out how to change my "city" status to non-resident. Anyone?

Please never mind my question above...I figured it out. There is a whole section within the State section about the city that I had not seen!
You can't change that.
You can file as a non-resident for state tax returns, but localities are different. You pay local tax whether you reside in that city/county or not.
