How to add schedule S to California part time 540NR form

Moved to CA last year and thus have a 540NR in Turbotax after filling step-by-step questionnaire.
After the move I still continued to receive an income that was taxed by the previous state and thus want to claim some tax credit in CA.

Unfortunately can't find in the questionnaire any way to add a Schedule S section to claim tax credit. How does one add it?

In most cases, nonresidents do not take credit for taxes paid to another state.  If it was income sourced to the other state, it would not be taxable to a California nonresident.  One exception would be if it was Arizona or another reverse credit state.  Can you clarify the type of income and the other state that taxed it?  See Other state tax credit for more information.

Thanks for the update.
First on residency. I moved to CA last year and CA became my domicile from the move date. I assume that I still fill up 540NR version of the form?
Second on the income, the income is a RSU stock unit. As the stock award happened in my previous state (NY) - it is claiming the tax portion prorated by the amount of days since award till vest in the NY state. But the vest itself happened while already being CA resident - and CA taxed 100% of the income for that vest. My goal is to claim tax credits for the prorated NY portion that I've already paid tax to NY state. That should be under schedule S, right? I can't find the way in the TurboTax to get to that form.
