How long to receive accepted confirmation

Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for NM to reply with Accepted? My Federal showed up Accepted in an email 30 min later but it's been two days and no word from my State,do they just take longer to reply?

It can take 48 hours or longer to get a response back confirming your Acceptance.  It can also take longer due to the influx of returns being processed. For more details on this, please see the Help Article here.
