How does state tax paid get passed through to non residents? Why does LLC have to pay SC state taxes ?

I have several LLCs for rental properties with various owners. Every year I write a check to SC for taxes. I just realized that the K1 for SC does not reflect this amount. Isnt the state tax supposed to get passed to the members like the federal tax does? Why does Turbo Tax show a payment due to the state? How can I override this? We sold one of the properties and I show a huge amount due but the funds have all be distributed. The members need to pay the tax.

Can you clarify if you are trying to file a partnership LLC return (Form 1065)?
