How do you delete an invalid school district tax entry

Why do I see two entries for Ohio School District Taxes on the following web page:

https://us-east-2.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/unified/2020/index/tto?uid=[social security number removed]&version=690&fepath=%2Ffe%2Fty20prod&pyAmend=false&csrc=[phone number removed]&swimlane=useast2&alias=ty20prod&currentTaxYear=2020&user=complete&prodid=8&CurrentTaxYear=2020

The table shows the following:

School District     Include School with Ohio Return

2306                                   X

Untitled                              -

When I click <Continue> it says "Looks like you haven't completed School District number 0.  Warning: 0 is not a valid School District Number ..."

It will not let me continue and there is no option provided to delete the 'Untitled' entry.

Please advise.

Your SD-100 may have been duplicated if you made estimated payments for school district tax or withheld school district tax on a W-2 and then subsequently added a SD-100 while going through your Ohio return. You can delete your duplicate SD-100.

To delete, please follow the steps below:

    1. Open your tax return.
    2. Click on Tools.
    3. Click on Delete a Form
    4. Scroll down to your state forms and look for the school district form you need to remove and click Delete

I had two W-2s that withheld Ohio school district tax (school district 2306) and I also paid estimated school district taxes which I also entered in the federal section.  But I did not intentionally add an SD100 form when going through the Ohio return.  And as reported previously, the Delete Form does not work; TT does not delete the form even though TT says it deleted the form.

Need TT technical support to help solve this issue as I am not able to resolve it.  I performed a "Clear and Start Over" (under Tools) and carefully entered everything again.  Same thing.

In the Federal Section I have two W2s where each has tax payments to Ohio School District 2306 which I entered in the W2 section under Local  Income Tax (Box 16) and entered "2306" in Box 17.  Then in the Federal Section I entered Estimated Tax Payments as "Local Estimated Taxes for 2020" and selected "School District Tax, OH" and entered the Date/Amount of the estimated taxes that I paid quarterly in 2020.  After completing the Federal Return section, then TT led me to the State Return section and there it asked if I wanted to file a School District Tax Return and I clicked <yes>.  And again I cannot proceed because TT thinks there are too many SD100 tax forms.  And I tried deleting the extra SD100 tax forms but deletion is not successful (even though the message from TT indicates that it was successful).  This issue needs fixed.  It is not operator entry error.  I am using the online version of TT.

I worked on this for a long time.  This finally worked.  Edit the untitled entry.  Enter a valid but different SD number.   Continue until asked if you want to file the return and select no.  Continue on.
