How do I refile a Georgia State Inc. return? They have put a lien against me. My wifes income is from Florida and is where she lived then as well. They included hers.

You do not re-file a tax return that has already been filed and accepted by either the IRS or a State.  You amend the tax return to make changes to the original tax return that was filed.
