How do I record the third and fourth quarter oregon taxes that i made

Please follow these instructions to enter the estimated tax payments for the State:

1. Open your return
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “estimated payments”.   
3. Click on “Go to estimated payments”
4. Click "Start" next to "State estimated taxes for 2018"
5. Answer "Yes" to the question "Did you pay state estimated taxes for 2018?" and click "continue"
6. Enter your payments
