How do I receive my Michigan renter's credit?

I paid rent at an apartment for 8 months in 2016, where do I enter this so that I can receive my tax credit?

The State Taxes portion of your return (Michigan) will evaluate if you qualify for Homestead Property Tax and Home Heating Credits. This should happen after you complete the Use Tax section of the Michigan state interview; you will get asked questions regarding your household resources to determine if you qualify.
