Why on earth would TurboTax not spell this out or guide you with this? What a complete load of nonsense. What'd I pay you for?
I just spent 20 minutes trying to figure this out. I even started to complete an online form to make sure they got their payment, but thought I should check again. I came here and read all the comments. I e filed my fed and state so I thought they did the school as well as I entered the information. I read the comments about there being a message somewhere. I pulled up the copy I saved on my computer of the efiled return and went page by page and finally came to Electronic filing instructions and found this...

I'm sure this a TT issue... When I filed my SD taxes were paid, plus a penalty for not withholding enough (which is ludicrous, since I paid the shortage prior to April 18!), and when I downloaded the Return file it had included a set of vouchers to pay my 2022 school taxes quarterly. I am out of town now and need to file one of these vouchers before I get home, but I can't find the vouchers in my file on "Turbotax" online anywhere. This is compounded by the fact that I can't plug a thumbdrive into any computers out here that have access to a printer. Where are they hiding these vouchers?
Since you are out of town, paying online may be easier for you. See School District Income Tax | Department of Taxation. You will need your school district number, which is also online.

This year turbo tax did not fill out my SD100 form for school tax. I cannot find where I can file it either.
At this point, you may actually find it easier to do a SD100 return by hand, than in TT. For the form, see https://www.tax.ohio.gov/portals/0/forms/ohio_individual/individual/2022/SDIT_SD100_Bundle.pdf
The mailing address is on the form.
Instructions begin at page 47 at http://www.tax.ohio.gov/portals/0/forms/ohio_individual/individual/2022/PIT_IT1040_Booklet.pdf
You can no longer e-file a a 2022 SD 100 if you have already filed your state return. But, it is possible to "I-file" at the Ohio Dept. of taxation web site. https://tax.ohio.gov/individual/file-now/online-services-file-now
