How do I pay Maryland Owed State Taxes?

If you owe state taxes, who do you make out the check to, and where do I send it? I live in Maryland

You can mail your State Tax payment along with the Maryland IND PV payment voucher. The voucher should be included with your printed tax return. You can also print the form here http://forms.marylandtaxes.com/16_draft_forms/IND%20PV.pdf.

Make your check or money order payable to:

• “Comptroller of Maryland.” 

• Use blue or black ink only. 

• Write the type of tax and year of tax being paid on your check.

•  It is recommended that you include your Social Security number on your check. • DO NOT SEND CASH.

•  Attach check or money order to Form IND PV.
