How do I get a copy of my Alabama Form 40V to file with my payment of taxes due? The form I received indicates do not file.

The Alabama Form 40V payment voucher is scheduled to be available for printing without the watermark on 2/21/2019.

NOTE: You can download a blank Form 40V at the Alabama DOR website in the Income Tax Forms section. The instructions print with the payment voucher.
