There may be some hidden characters or extra spaces in the apartment number field that are tricking TurboTax into thinking you have an apartment.
To check on this, click My Info in the left menu bar of TurboTax Online. In the apartment number field, click in it to completely clear out any extra spaces or hidden characters.
Hey thanks for the response, that didn't seem to do the trick though. When I try to e-file, they think I have an apartment number on one of my two state returns. When it shows me where the "mistake" is, it shows my address, and then in the box to the right of that it shows "A" and then a downwards arrow. I believe this means "apartment", but I can't seem to fix it so that it shows nothing in the box. But the system won't let me proceed until I put in an apartment number.
Hopefully this helps narrow it down?
I just put a - in the Apartment number box and it worked fine for my federal return. Didn't work for an OR return, so I put a 0.
