How do i apply my california state tax refund to next years taxes

Using Turbotax 2018, desktop version, I was able to apply Fed Tax refund to next year's estimated taxes. My Question is how do I applY CA State tax refund to next year's State estimated taxes?

Go to Line 95 on Form 540 and double click to get to540-ES, the California Estimated Tax Worksheet
