How do I add my state if it’s not listed?

Where are you trying to enter your state?

If you're talking about box 15 on your W-2, your state is not listed if it does not have any state income tax. In that case, leave boxes 15, 16, and 17 empty in TurboTax. If box 17 is zero, do not enter the zero.
