How can I pick "Cooperative Housing" on line 57a on the Alternate Housing Facilities section of the Michigan Homestead Property Tax Credit Form MI-1040CR?

Having received no answers from anyone else, I tried selecting "renter" (which is not accurate for a resident in a Co-op, as you are part owner), and that led me to a screen with the option of alternative housing choices, one of which was "cooperative housing."  Done.
