How can I buy multiple state tax desktop home and business products for 2023?

Can someone tell me how do I buy 2023 home business desktop state products for new mexico and north carolina? I don't see an option in my turbotax account. When I try to pay for it from my desktop prompt window, I cannot see the continue button and so I cannot more forward. The window will not scroll or shrink. So, I need to buy it from my internet TT account. Any help will be appreciated. I spent two hours with the so called TT Experts on the phone today. These ladies had no clue. Amazing.
