How can I allocate $4 of $10 interest income and $270 of $6210 dividend income reported on federal return to my Mass state return?

Can you clarify:

Are you prorating for a part year return or
removing US Obligations and Mass obligations?

If obligations, 1099-DIV box 12 will automatically remove US obligations from the state income. What other forms/boxes do you need help adjusting?
