High impact bussiness dividends credit

Dividends from Abbott and Abbvie receive IL tax credits.  However, I cannot find the place to enter the information in Turbotax 2023.  I appreciate your help.  Thanks..

as you go through the interview process for the Illinois return you should come to a page that says "here's the income that Illinois handles differently" then there's a link to the deduction for high-impact dividends.
