I worked in GA for 25 days. How do I calculate the Other Federal Adjustment amount for GA? Turbo tax entered $531 for TX and $0 for GA .

It depends on the specific federal income/deductions that you had.  If they can be attributed to your resident state, keep them as Texas.

$531 is the self employment tax. I made more money as an independent contractor in GA and TX. I made more in GA then TX. I don’t know how to allocate some of my earnings to GA.

First, figure out how many days total that you worked as a contractor.  Then how many days in Georgia.  Get the Georgia percentage and multiply it by the total amount earned.

You aren't required to file a Georgia return if your total income received from Georgia sources is not greater than the lesser of 5% of your total income or $5000.
