I have soc security tax exclusion but Turbo Tax also reports a RR exclusion which do not recognize, where is the value coming from?

Did you enter a RRB-1099-R form, the pension/annuity from the Railroad Retirement Board? I assume that's what "RR exclusion" refers to.
Is the amount of the exclusion the same as the taxable value of the RR pension? That is, the exclusion should be the same as the taxable value on the 1040 and not the gross distribution on the 1040 (if they are different).

no I do not have railroad retirement income and checked my input on retirement distributions and SS
