Check your W-2 entry in your Federal Return.

In Box 15, you should have a two-letter State Abbreviation (such as UT for Utah), then a 14-digit Employer ID number.

I am having the same issue but I checked and they are all 14 digits long so I don't understand why I keep getting the error when I review.
