Form 3853 - Will not allow electronic file without ECN - Even though instructions say otherwise

<P>Why does TurboTax say I can electronically file California taxes without an ECN and give me the "Pending" and "No ECN" dropdown but then refuse to file my return unless I fill out the ECN during the review????</P>

Can I file taxes for myself and my 14-year-old son for free for the year 2024? I also want to submit the return manually, not electronically. Please?

Where would 2023 taxes be online? We filed after the electronic date to file online passed. Where can I find the electronic copy on turbo tax?
