It's not a really big deal, except you will have to no withholding in MI this year and will have to come up with all the tax due.
If you did not live in OR at all in 2016 you file a 2016 Non-resident OR tax return, declare $0 of income and get all of your withholding refunded to you.
If you lived and worked at all in OR you file a Part-year OR tax return, declare just the income earned while you lived in OR and get the balance of your withholding refunded.
If you were a MI resident all year, you file a MI Resident Tax Return, pay tax on all your income and send them the money, since you had no withholding.
If you lived and work in MI for only part of the year, you file a MI Part-year Tax Return, declare only the income you earned in MI, and pay tax on that.
