Pennsylvania does not tax income from intangible property at the state-level unless it is "Income from intangible property employed in a trade, profession, occupation or business carried on in the Commonwealth."
Pennsylvania does not levy real and personal property taxes at the state level.
The City of Philadelphia does have a School Tax on dividends. However, dividends exempt on the PA state return are exempt from the School Tax: "For example, a fund investing totally in U.S. bonds or Pennsylvania municipal bonds in a given year would generate dividends fully exempt from this tax for that year."
