Filing VA state tax using MAC

I cannot file my Virginia Taxes on MAC.  Trying to pay on credit card,  Once signed in, trying to pay turbo tax continues to revert to "Try Again".  MAC and Turbo Tax are up to date.  Have rebooted several times.  What's the key to getting this completed????

    I did contact you by phone. Agent could not help.  I just kept hitting the “Try Again” tab about 20 times. It finial took my CC payment.  Very frustrating.  Please have one of your MAC experts look into this issue
