Filing estate Montana state taxes

I am helping a person (Lani) that has an Trust created for her from her Mother in Hawaii. Mother passed and the house was sold with all funds being put into Morgan Stanley.

Lani lives and works in Montana with $1,400 going to her monthly from the trust in addition to to other income as a clerk at a grocery store. She has been filing Federal and Montana taxes with the 1041 information being put into the 1040 form.

Is a tax form for the estate tax like the 1041 needed to be filed in Montana in addition to the normal federal and State income tax forms?
