Filing amended state

I just amended and E-filed Federal tax return

However State return now owed refund but not allowing me to E-file or mail state return??

There have been a lot of late changes to tax laws in the state returns, so it is possible that your state return program in TurboTax is not yet updated to reflect a change in your state tax laws. It is best to wait until the updates are complete and you don't see the message telling you not to file your return yet.
