Federal verse NJ - 8949 Do I have to mail into NJ?

Hi - I can efile my federal taxes, but I am required to mail in my 8453\8949 with supporting documents.  I noticed that the NJ taxes are not requiring me to mail in even though it says "see attached statement" in the capital gains section?

Please help and let me know if I am missing something here.

Yes. You can enter one line of information that summarizes all your transactions. Simply enter "various" or "see statement" to describe the kind of property and enter the sum of all transactions in the appropriate fields. Keep a copy of the attachments in your file.
