Estate - Wisconsin 2K-1 and How to Enter Adjustments

I have a federal K-1 for an estate which generated income that I was a part of.  I've entered that into Turbotax Home and Business 2023 and that's all good.  Along with that, I also received a Wisconsin 2K-1 and it has one adjustment showing.

On the Wisconsin 2K-1, Line 13a. This is listed as State and Local Real Estate Taxes and shows a column c adjustment amount of $374, and then also shows a column d (Amount under Wis Law) of $374.  I've been told by the law firm that completed the estate K-1 and 2K-1 that this should be reported as an addition to my income (under Wisconsin law).  I believe I would report this in Turbotax under the  Wisconsin State Taxes section...Income...Other Taxable Income section - as a positive number ($374).  Is that correct?
