Error in IT-112-R (CT): Tax Amount - TP should not be greater that the tax imposed by other state.

When entering the exact amount imposed by CT, it continually shows this error.

This should occur on your W-2

• Box 16 State wages
• Box 17 State Income Tax

The error message means Box 17 can not be larger than Box 16.

This makes perfect seance.

Is box 16 blank.  

If you only have one state listed it should be the same os Box 1.
