efile in Delaware

Last year I efiled Delaware and it took 4 months to get the refund. It was held up because copy 2 of the actual 1099-R documents that show State Tax withholding were not included with the efiled return. I eventually had to mail all the 1099-Rs to have the State return processed. This year I did not efile State of Delaware to avoid the same issue. This was not straight forward to do as Turbotax kept trying to efile the return even though I did not check the efile for State box. This is something that need to be looked at. I ended up printing a review copy of the return and used it to file the State return via mail.
