Efile and set up ACH debit from bank acct for MD state tax payment on 04/14/2025 but so far still not debit from bank acct

Read the page of filing instructions that prints out with your tax return to see what is shown there about how you are paying your state tax due.  Make sure it shows that you are using direct debit.  Some states do not let you use that method and prefer a check, money order or payment on the state website.
