The current e-file fee for a state tax return using the desktop editions is $25.  Prior to March 1 the e-file was $20.

Go to this TurboTax website for the desktop CD/Download editions and click on the link 1 state download.  State e-file additional directly below the price shown for the edition.  Scroll down the pop-up window and the fee will be shown as $25 E-file your state returns for only $25 per state return

odd that the software shows the fee as $20 and that is what the Turbo Tax person I spoke to on the phone confirmed.  I regularly update the software, so the fee shown should be correct.
