Yes, you can enter your Minnesota CRP information in TurboTax to see if you qualify for a property tax refund or homestead credit refund. It is used to complete form M1PR which can be mailed in or e-filed (if qualified) using TurboTax.

You will find the screen to enter your CRP information in the Minnesota tax return portion of TurboTax. Look for the screen that says Other Forms You May Need and choose Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR). 

To mail in your M1PR form, work through the program until you see the Filing Instructions screen and choose Print Form M1PR. Mail the form by August 15 to:
