This is a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--but we can tell you how to check.   You said "email", but TurboTax does not "email" a return anywhere.    Or did you mean "efile?"   There are 2 choices for submitting a return--efiling or printing and mailing.  Which method did you choose?

Log into your Online TurboTax account.   

At the Tax Home, what is shown for the status of your 2019 state return?   Which of these terms:  accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?

If you don't see the status at the Tax Home, scroll down lower on that page and choose "Your Tax Returns & Documents".  Expand that section and choose tax year 2019.   Then see if it shows the status of the state return.    What status is shown?
