Delaware 2021 tax form: debit from bank account not able to be checked if taxes owed. Is it the case only paper returns can be filed if taxes are owed? Or is TurboTax correcting before the filing date?

@GFL4  No, that isn't the case.  You can definitely e-file your return if you owe taxes.  What you can't do is have your TurboTax fees paid from a bank account debit or out of your refund.  The error message is just telling you that you're going to have to pay TurboTax up front.
