Please refund my state tax credit card refund ,because my state tax form was rejected and not send in on May 17 2021

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I was charged$25 for sending my state taxes and taxes were rejected from IRS. Please reverse the charges. Order number TTDCRTA151839399 ON OCT 1ST

Level 15

$25 is the fee to efile a state return from the Desktop program. If you couldn't efile you can ask for a refund.
