Computer crashed while doing my tax.

Computer crashed while doing my tax. Had to get a new computer. Turbotax recognized my file but gets hung up trying to download my state tax forms. Help!!!

For this problem with accessing the state program software you need to contact TurboTax support.

I have successfully filed 2023 returns (Fed and state) for multiple family members. However, if I attempt to either print or save-to-pdf, the program crashes. How to fix?
