Colorado DR0204 supported?

Hi,

I am currently. on the online version but will eventually migrate to the desktop version of deluxe.

I would like to know if Colorado Form DR0204 is supported. Its the calculation of penalty due based on underpayment of Colorado individual estimated taxes. I annualized my estimated tax payments this year and not filling out this form will likely result in a penalty for me.

Right now turbotax is giving me a penalty and I don't seem to have the option to do DR0204.
