CO State Tax DR 0104AD -Subtractions from income

This form printed out showing I needed to send this form with Qualifying Charitable deductions backup to CO.  I had doublechecked back through my state entries, and there is no entry in the Subtractions from income section. Nothing had changed in the Tax refund/taxes owed at the top when I had originally gone through this section, so I'm not sure what would have triggered it.  (I had already E-filed my taxes when I noticed this odd printout, so I was a bit concerned)

CO State Tax DR 0104AD -Subtractions from income

If you made charitable contributions that would be eligible for a federal income tax deduction, but you did not claim federal itemized deductions on Schedule A of form 1040 or 1040SR, you might be eligible to deduct a portion of your contribution on this form.
