Claiming PA and moved to FL. Started LLC & purchased software/seminars for real estate. FL partial state says only if assets in FL so do I claim FL partial state also?

I am only claiming real estate investing business startup expenses as LLC is FL.

Florida does not levy an individual income tax so you do not need to file an income tax return with the state.

If you do not have assets used in connection with a Florida-located business as of January 1st, then you do not need to file a Form DR-405 with the county in which assets are located.
