Cannot download 2017 state forms

I couldn't create a state amendment (error 190). So I followed workaround, reinstall TurboTax 2017, created new return an tried to download error. Still tells me there is an error and to try again later.

State purchase > 'Hmm.. It looks like we've hit a slight snag. Please try again or check back in a bit'

What else to do?

I called customer support and all the workarounds they gave me did not work

Can anybody check if states can actually be downloaded for 2017? Perhaps it's a system problem and not only me.
