Can't transmit State, keeps looping back.

<P>Trying to transmit my state return, but it keeps looping back to my company name with the following message "Texas requires that the name is composed of characters A through Z, 0 through 9, '-', or '&'" . I formed this company in 2005 and have never had issues filing. Any suggestions?</P>
