Can't enter State tax data into Turbo tax

I have finished entering my Federal tax info into Turbo Tax, I am required to file 2 state tax returns Missouri and Kansas. I have paid for the additional State return (Kanas) order #  on a Master card for $45.00. When attempting to enter State tax data Turbo tax  wants to download Missouri and Kansas but when downloading it tells me my software is up to date. I try to enter State data again and Turbo tax want to download the software but tells me my software is up to date. I am in a loop that I cannot break, I have reinstalled the software 3 times and am unable to complete my state taxes to complete my return. What's the problem???? NEED ASSISTANCE. Some how I have 2 accounts,  the 1st   and the 2nd [email address removed] but I am unable to log into [email address removed] -m no idea what the password could be?????  , I can only login to .
